Bank of Beirut – Oman Raises Awareness On Scam Messages
In line with the instructions of the Central Bank of Oman (CBO), Bank of Beirut – Oman has launched an awareness campaign warning its customers from fraudulent messages over the phone or through social media.
The Bank advised its customers to avoid responding to such whatsapp or SMS messages, or sharing any personal or banking confidential information over the phone or through social media, inviting them to contact the Bank through the appropriate channels in order to avoid such scam messages.
